Connect the systems you run, with integrations you own.
We use our own AI-powered tools to build integrations made for your ERP, product data, CRM and storefront. The integration is yours, with no per-connector or per-flow subscription. We run it for you, and you can move it to your own servers any time.
How AI-powered systems integration works
Built for your systems, owned by you
- Your systems ERP · product data · CRM · storefront
-
integration built with AI, owned by you
- Your team orders, prices and stock that agree
Any ERP, including NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage and Epicor.
Solution · For teams re-keying data between systems
The problem
Your systems don’t talk to each other, so your people do the typing.
Orders arrive by email and get keyed into the ERP by hand. Product data lives in spreadsheets, a PIM and the storefront, and each one says something different. Every copy-and-paste step is a chance for a wrong price or a missed order.
Integration platforms help, but you rent them. Fees grow with every connector, flow or record you add. Their prebuilt connectors fit most of your process, not all of it. When a sync fails, it’s hard to see why.
- "Who keyed this order?"
Emailed and PDF orders get retyped into the ERP by hand. - "Which price is right?"
The ERP, the storefront and the spreadsheet don’t agree. - "Did that sync run?"
Nobody knows a sync failed until a customer calls. - "Why does it cost more every year?"
Platform fees grow with each system and flow you connect.
What you get
Integrations built for your business, by a team that has built them before.
Our AI-powered tools do much of the building, so a custom integration no longer takes the time and budget it used to. You get a connection made for your process, not one bent to fit a platform.
Built for your systems
Connections between your ERP, product data, CRM and storefront, built around how your team works instead of a platform’s prebuilt connectors.
AI for the manual work
Emailed orders become ERP entries. Product data gets cleaned up and enriched before it reaches your storefront.
Yours to keep
The integration belongs to you, with no per-connector or per-flow platform fees. We host it on servers tuned to run it. You can move it to your own servers whenever you choose.
Connections we've already built
- Adobe Commerce ⇄ NetSuite
- Shopify ⇄ NetSuite
- Shopify ⇄ Business Central
- Magento ⇄ Sage
- Plytix PIM ⇄ Magento
Each new project starts from this work, not from zero.
Start small, grow from there
Start with the step your team retypes most.
Most projects begin with one flow that costs hours every week. Each new connection reuses the same tools and data model.
-
Step 1
One flow that hurts
For example, emailed orders going straight into your ERP, so nobody keys them by hand.
-
Step 2
Connect the rest
Add product data, pricing, inventory and the storefront, so every system works from the same numbers.
-
Step 3
Put the data to work
Share the connected data with your teams, dealers and customers through Customer Portal.
What it costs
Every project is different. Start with a free assessment.
We start by learning where your process is today. A free assessment looks at the systems you run and where your team retypes data. If there’s a fit, a paid technical discovery maps your process in detail and ends with a plan and a price.
Compare it with what you pay today: platform fees for each connector or flow, plus the hours your team spends keying data by hand.
What we'll cover in your free assessment
- The systems you run today and which ones need to talk
- Where your team retypes or copies data
- What you’d fix first
- What you pay for integration tools today, if anything
FAQ
Common questions about AI-powered systems integration
What it is, how it compares, and what we've built.
Still have questions?
Let's talk
What is AI-powered systems integration?
It’s a custom connection between the systems a manufacturer or distributor runs, such as the ERP, product data, CRM and storefront, built by Harris Digital with our own AI-powered tools. Data moves between systems without anyone retyping it, and your team can see every sync in your portal.
How is this different from an integration platform (iPaaS)?
An integration platform rents you prebuilt connectors, usually priced by connector, flow or data volume. We build the integration for your systems instead. The integration is yours, you don’t pay a platform subscription, and the integration fits your process rather than the platform’s connectors.
Which systems can you connect?
Any ERP, including NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage and Epicor. We’ve already connected Adobe Commerce and Shopify to NetSuite, Shopify to Business Central, Magento to Sage, and the Plytix PIM to Magento, and each new project starts from that work.
How much does it cost?
Every project is different, so the price comes out of discovery. It starts with a free assessment. If there’s a fit, a paid technical discovery gives you a detailed plan and a price.
What does the AI actually do?
It helps us build integrations faster, and it takes on manual work between your systems, such as entering emailed orders or cleaning up product data. Where it fits in your process is something we work out with you in discovery.
Who owns the integration, and where does it run?
You own your integration. We own the AI-powered tools we use to build it. It runs on our servers, which are set up and tuned for it. If you’d rather run it yourself, you can move it to your own servers.
