Support and hosting come together on AWS, on our account or yours, so one team owns the whole setup. Shopify stores are the exception: Shopify hosts them, and we support them on top.

Can you take over a site another agency built?
Yes. Most of the sites we support were built by someone else. It starts with a free assessment. Depending on what we find, a paid technical discovery reviews the code, extensions, hosting and integrations in detail. Then we fix what’s urgent and move into a monthly retainer.
Which platforms do you support?
Adobe Commerce, Magento Open Source, Shopware and Shopify storefronts, WordPress marketing sites, and the integrations and Customer Portals connected to them. We’re platform-agnostic, so if you run something else, ask.
Where is hosting?
On AWS. We host most clients on our own AWS account, set up and managed by Harris Digital. If you’d rather own the account, we can manage hosting in your AWS account instead. Either way we handle backups, security updates and uptime monitoring, so you have one team to call when something’s wrong. Shopify stores are hosted by Shopify, and we support them on top.
Do we have to host with you to get support?
For most platforms, your site needs to run on AWS hosting that we manage, on our account or yours. Support and hosting go together so one team is responsible for the whole setup, and moving your site is part of the handover. Shopify is the exception: Shopify hosts the store, and we support it.
How are retainers priced?
Every retainer is scoped to your systems and how much change you expect each month. It starts with a free assessment, and we’ll propose a retainer once we’ve seen your setup.
Do you support NetSuite too?
Yes. NetSuite support and administration is part of our NetSuite services, and it can sit alongside a site and hosting retainer with the same team.
