You may use the Site to learn about Harris Digital and to contact us. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
  • try to get unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected system;

4. Information on the Site

The content on the Site, including articles, videos, case studies, FAQs and diagrams, is general information. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice for your situation. Please talk to us, or another qualified advisor, before you make decisions based on it.

Case studies and client results describe what happened on specific projects. They are not a promise of the same results for you. Results depend on each business, its systems and many other factors.

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, accurate or up to date. Product names, features and third-party platform details can change without notice. We may change or remove content at any time.

You may view and print pages for your own, non-commercial use. You may share links to the Site. You may not copy, change, republish or sell Site content without our written permission.

“Harris Digital” and our logos are trademarks of Medium Well, Inc. Other product and company names on the Site belong to their owners. Their use does not mean those owners sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Harris Digital.

Oracle, Java, MySQL, and NetSuite are registered trademarks of Oracle and/or its affiliates. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Harris Digital is an independent consulting firm and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Oracle or NetSuite.

6. Information you send us

When you send us information through a form, email or phone call, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or regulated information, such as payment card numbers, health information or passwords, through the Site’s forms.

Sending us a message does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either side. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a statement of work.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

The Site uses third-party services to work properly, such as HubSpot for forms, YouTube for videos, and analytics and advertising tools that load only if you allow them in the cookie banner. The Site also links to other websites. We do not control these services or websites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT BE MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. This section does not limit liability under a signed statement of work, which is governed by that agreement.
